Yoga???

Does it actually make you loose weight.(Obviously i must eat right)
does it help tone your body.... I have 20 for free on demand and I'm wanting to do them but dont want to waste my time ...

It doesn't burn as much calories as something like jogging or even walking but there are a lot of benefits to yoga and it has helped me lose weight, especially if the sequences are quick. It helps reduce stress which helps with emotional eating and binges and feeling refreshed after a workout instead of exhausted has made me more inclined to eat fruit and whole foods for a more balanced life. It can work up a sweat and definitely tones your body and helps condition your muscles.

ETA: also, starting a workout routine that is slow and simple statistically has better results than starting a strict regime that is likely to wear you out and is hard to keep up with on a regular basis. If it does nothing but get you used to exercising x-amount of days a week then it is successful.
