Tiramisu recipe

0k lets start

you need:

mascarpone ( 500 gram)
here its said baby biscuits thats from the us i think:

coffee (o.5 - 1 L)
sugar

eggs: 4 eggs)
chocholate:

2 tea spoons of rum


we cook coffee, atleast 0.5 L, we can put a bit sugar in it if we want.
when the coffee is cold we add 2 teaspoons of rum.


now we will do the cream:
we mix the white thing from the egg in one bowl, the yellow thing in another bowl. we add sugar to the bowl where the yellow part of the egg is and mix it.
we mix the white egg thing into hard snow.
we add mascarpone into the yellow thing, mix it good, and then add the white snowly thing, and mix it so that it will get really puffy.

now we choose a baking thin, the best ism one like this:


now we put the lady fingers all over the bottom of the baking tin, and put half of the coffee over them-they need to get wet.
then we put half of the cream over the ladyfingers,and we put another set of them on the cream, we put the coffee over them, and then the cream that we have left over them. , and give the chocholate over it ( cocoa will be good),so that it looks pretty.

now we put it into the fridge for atleast 3 hours, it has to get really cold.

I dont have any mascarpone.

the home made one is better. atleast for me. and i only give a lil drop of rum or none-i hate it =I
