I'm def. going to make sure my son eats well. I'm already saying no soda no junk food.
When I was little my mom didn't let us drink soda or the high sugar kool-aid. Never really any junk food. We would eat breakfast, lunch, and Dinner and then after dinner we would have to ask for a "treat" something sweet. We always drank lots of water and gatorade and oj and stuff like that. of course now at her house it's totally different since my brother buys whatever he wants to eat lol

Well lets see here....My son gets candy or sweets almost on a daily basis. But he does brush his teeth regurally so I dont worry about his teeth too much. He doesnt like soda so I dont have to worry about that yet. He just likes to drink water...I've been trying to get him to drink milk but that hasnt worked yet...
I let him choose what he is going to eat. He usually eats well. He doesnt get too much fast food. Every now and then I will take him to mcdonalds or whatever. When we go out to eat he orders his own food or just eats off of my plate. Usually when he orders his lunch he will want a salad! lol...its so cute! He eats every veggie but peas. He loves fruit....he pretty much is a healthy eater and so I dont have to force it on him.

Well I must say we eat a lot of junk as a family as a whole. We do have rules like , If you don't eat dinner then no, whatever... but other tan that, there's nothing specific they're not allowed to have. Most of our food rues are pretty coomon ones. No candy for breakfast (Most of the time anyway....) 2 bowles of cerial then try something else, no suckers in the car..... But my kids like real food and eat well. If that wern't the case ten rules woud drastically change.

we really dont have any food rules around here except if you dont eat your "meal" then no snacks..i only drink diet soda so thats all my kids like too they even ask for it when i buy them a happy meal. my kids hate candy so i dont even bother to buy it...they dont eat fruit though but i do give them juice, when i remember i give them flinstone viatims and they have at least one veggie at dinner but other than that its usually whatever.
