Anyone here cloth diaper?

Does anyone cloth diaper their little ones? If so, do you sew your own dipes? I have some questions about them. Thanks  

we do cloth. I was going to try seweing her new diapers cause her infant ones were getting a bit small but then a friend sold me about 60 diapers for only 50 so now I'm going to use the material to make more wipes. ^_^

This time around I am sewing my own dipes.

I have a nice little stash done so far. I'll take some pics to post in a few.

Alright then can someone tell me what is and how to turn and topstitch? And what are gussests and whata re cassings? I keep reading all this stuff, but cant figure out what it means.  

I got alot of fabric (gotta love sales) and a pattern and I can't wait to try to sew them together! I just have to wait until my grandma gets back from out of town...all the way until next monday, to get her sewing machine   And ask her to show me how to use it
