Bugaboo Frog vs. UppaBaby Vista

posted 28th Dec
Does anyone have an opinion on the Bugaboo Frog vs. the UppaBaby Vista (not comparing the price)?

I ordered the Britax Vigour thinking is was a good less expensive alternative to the Bug and I hated the way it folded, the way seat attaches/detaches and thought it was too bulky once folded. My husband and I finally decided to just purchase the Bugaboo but then in the meantime I came across the UppaBaby.

I'm so confused...I had no idea finding a stroller was so hard!!! The things important to me are weight, ease of folding and size once folded...aside from that the strollers seem pretty similar...unless I'm missing something. The UppaBaby is appealing because based on what I've read it is easier to fold and can fold with the seat attached. Is this a big advantage or should I just get the Bug???

There is no where in Philadelphia where I can look at the UppaBaby so I sent my brother-in-law to Schneiders in NYC and he was as undecided as I am.

Help!!!

forgot to say if i was going to buy a bug i would go for tha cameleon over the frog as it has a bigger seat unti and will last your child longer, and has the adjustable handlebar and suspension that make it so much more easy and flexible to use.

I have done LOTS of research on both and just finally decided yesterday on the Uppababy Vista. I took my husband to buy the Bug on Tuesday night and he picked it apart and wanted to go look at the Uppababy beforebuying the Bug. So we did just that yesterday and fully decided on the Uppa. Guys its the same thing as far as function, but I honestly prefer it more and it's about $150 less than the Bug. The tiresare not inflatable therefore you wont have to worry about a flat or them popping. Where as the Bug is inflatable and very similar to a bike tire. It is SO easy to operate and looks awesome! We love it and are very happy with our decision.
