almost 38 weeks with a question!

im almost 38 weeks...1cm dialated and 50% effaced as of last monday...my midwife said that my cervix is completely forward...baby is at -1 station....i havent lost my mucous plug yet...or atleast not that ive known of...ive been so crampy the last 2 days that its annoying...i was wondering if anyone know that at -1 station can the baby push herself back up? it doesnt feel like she is cuz i have ALOT of pressure down there....and do u have to lose ur mucous plug before the labor or can u just lose it during labor? im afraid that labor would never come  

i am 36wks tomorrow by the first ultrasound and 37wks 1day by the second the ob goes by the first one so i am 36wks tomorrow and i am 1cm 50effaced and dropped i have been slowly losing my plug for 3wks now (URGH LOL) and i feel pain they told me its just the baby still growing
