My baby was breech until 33ish weeks. He finally turned head down! You still have time to turn him. A mama onheregave me this website when i was worried...

This recently happened to my friend. She tried all kinds of stretches and they didn't help. The doctors also tried to turn her little girl but she was too stubborn. They ended up giving her a C-section. It was her third child and first C-Section.
I suppose you could give birth like this but it is not safe at all for baby. In this case, getting a C-section is the best you can do if your LO doesn't budge.

My baby was head down at 28 weeks. Then at my 38 week appointment, he was breech. So I had a c-section a week later.

He still has time to turn on his own. Yes its possible to have a vaginal birth with a breech baby but due to malpractice and high insurance rates most doctors won't do it. To turn the baby would be to do an ECV...or external cephalic version. http://www.webmd.com/baby/external-cephalic-version-version-for-breech-position

I would suggest trying these things

my baby was breech and i looked up all sorts of "home remedies" to turn him..one involved shining a flashlight up your stuff to coax them toward the light!! another said have you partner use a toilet paper roll and talk through it into your vag to get the baby to turn. CRAZY right!!! hahah i didnt try em...oh another more normal was a bag of frozen veggies on belly to irritate and move the baby. at any rate my baby stayed breech i went into preterm labor and had an emergency c section....fun! but it all turned out fine and the csectin was a breeze

they can do inversion -- i believe is what its called -- but i was told that its not really safe, it may not work, and the baby can just turn them self back

def read more about having the dr turn him- i was going to do that but the risks outweighed it for me...it can break your water and force a c section or displace babys joints and still he can flip back.

Some Chiropractors are certified in something called the Webster Technique. Depending on your specifice circumstances it could be extremely helpful. Part of the success does depend on how far along you are, however. Overall it has about an 86% success rate, compared to about 50% for ECV. And since there's no pressure being put on the baby, there's no risk.

yeah but i am really trying to avoid a c section because i dont want it and where i live if i do have a c section and then get pregnant later on down the road i can not even try to have a vag birth due to the hosptials are not that well equipted.
