I started it on wednesday so far. I've been off and on with dieting, food and I have a love hate relationship, sometimes I can stick to a diet really well, then I fall off the wagon.

Understandable. I'm the same way, i'm all for it, and then it fizzles out.
I admire you for being able to stay on the eliptical for an hour... i probably couldn't make it 10 minutes without giving up.. haha.

LOL Jeremy told me I was weaksauce for getting off after 45 minutes (&1000 calories mind you) and I told him to get on, turn the intensity to 8 (it's like running in sand) dickface lasted 2 minutes and gave up.

See Derek makes me feel shame. He's into the bodybuilding stuff. He works out every day, he does the super healthy meals, he's very disciplined.... i however am not.

I wish Jeremy was like that!  

ha i dont have a diet plan. i'd like to look like either of those two chicks.

Everytime i ever saw seth with melissa like at wal mart or something she didn't seem very nice. seth wont talk to anyone(girls) if he's with her. so i couldn't tell you if she's a nice person or not.

I had my last hoorah last night, I made amazing ribs, I only had 3, as much as I wanted to inhale ALL of them haha.

i hope this diet works. i'm tired of not being able to wear shorts cuz i have fat knees. I can't wear my capris cuz i dont fit into them anymore!
