Chewing tongue

My 3 month old has started chewing his tongue a lot now, does anyone know what this is? Plus is it normal??

Normal fine and ok. he is just learning what it is and what it does. Time to teach him to stuck it out and blow. they like learning that they can make funny sounds with thier own body

Some kids (people) also having what i call ad thinking tongue, were they stick it our or start chewing it cuase they are focused on something.

Ive been doing the sticking out and in tongue for a while and he already does that one, hes fascinated with my tongue coz it make different sounds which he does try and copy, hes almost at the raspberry stage. Its good to know its normal though!

Lol I chew my tongue still. It's a habit for me. But yeah for your little one it's because he's discovering his tongue.
