Icy hot! Use that and take tylenol too along with heating pad and ice packs.

If it gets really bad i would consider going to a chiropractor. I work for one and many women come in because the pregnancy has brought on back pain. It's a great alternative to medicines...a more natural solution.

finally someone else who knows what I am talking about! Its like a pain that hurts on my left side at the lower back, and it hurts really bad if I walk awhile, I have to sit down and my back gets real stiff there. Infact I stopped walking because of it, I dont know what to do about it, but im glad someone else knows what im talking about!

I have the same pains and on my birthday i had a prenatal massage. It helped a lot and the massage therapist gave me tips on stretching out the muscles that help strenghten your back. I would say give it try budget permitting. No tylenol required and its extremely nice to lay face down and feel your back stretch out

What kind of pain is it? Is it sharp or dull? Does it shoot down your leg?

Its hard to explain, It feels sharp I guess almost like someone is poking something into your backside and keeping it held there. And when you go to sit down its real stiff, sitting helps but i have noticed it worse when im walking. I havnt noticed it going down my leg as much as it just radiating in that one spot.
