oh ..well i love that show! anyways honestly i think asking people there opinions is only going to make it that much harder to decide on her name, i did that with friends and family on babynames.com and it was starting to make me almost "self conscious" because i felt if i picked a name that someone i kno or didnt kno for that matter didnt like i would always wonder if they were talking smurf about her name behind my back so i finally realized that i dont give a smurf and that at the end of the day shes my kid and that ill name her whatever i want...p.s keep in mind harlynn ann has sentimental worth for both u and ur SO

Yeah you're right! Its a name we both finally agree on and we both love it! I don't care if her intitals spell out HAM. SO what?! Ham is a very good meat, lmao. but no seriously.. do kids really make fun of other kids for their initials? I didn't think it'd be that big a deal. Atleast it doesn't spell ASS or something.

A girl I went to school with's initials are ASS. Ashley Starr S______. Ha. Don't know what her parents were thinking.

YAY!! exactly i have never actually sat down and thought about peoples initials. Yea something like ASS is a different story but HAM is really tasty to eat! She has a beautiful name !!

No offense taken haha. But no, Harlan is a really old classic male's name. But now that I say it over and over in my head it sounds good for a girl too.

I personally am not a fan of any name beginning with "HAR." It just looks unappealing. But you know what, this name has a sentimental value to you and your partner, you both not only agree on it, but LOVE it, so i say go for it and forget what anyone else thinks.
