Amoroso Snap and Go Double Stroller

I just bought this stroller used and it says on several websites that I have found that it will hold two car seats. I am guessing from the name that they are supposed to Snap in... Well I am not figuring this out. I don't have an owners maual, but can only figure out how to snap one car seat in and that is really not the right way I am sure. I have to take the seat cussion off the front seat and snap it into the headrest bar. This will keep my infant safe, but might not be the most comfortable ride for my toddler. Am I missing something?? All the pictures I find online look just like the stroller I have. They show no car seat bars and say nothing about them being included or able to be purchased separately. I also can not find a site for the company that makes this stroller. If anyone has a number or a website so that I can contact them directly (maybe from an owners manual?) that would be wonderful! I know most baby gear companies will send out owners manuals for free or little cost.
