Food Stamp Phone Interview

So, I have a phone interview today for Expedited Food Stamps.

Does anyone know what the phone call will consist of? I'm trying to make sure I have everything in front of my face so I'm not so scatterbrained when this lady calls.

Also, does anyone have any idea how long it will take approx?

I've gotten an in person interview before, but never a phone one, so I'm lost, lol. Thanks ladies.

mine took about 15 mins. just asking basic questions and then you're going to need to send it some forms and you're done   it's very quick and easy.

Awesome! About how long did it take to get your card for your food stamps?

is it for recertification or for the first time?

oh i didnt have one for the first time. if i did the only reason she called me was to tell me to send forms she needed.

I'm not quite sure what to think.

I have no cash on hand, or money coming in right now, so I'm guessing that's why I'm on the expedited list.. but I have no idea.

I just turned in my application like a week ago.

Woot! I get FS!

It took like a half hour, but it was worth it.

I just hate phones.

They asked everything they didn't now before hand when I was on medical.

So, insurance, cash on hand, income, bills, housing questions, ect. Very basic stuff.

Oh, indeed. My household is complicated, so I worry every time I have to deal with the state, haha.
