Have any breastfeeding mothers...

tried Mothers Milk Tea? I just ordered some, so I could give my supply a little 'push'. When Boston got out of the NICU I was able to pump 9 ounces out every 3 hours...now he is breastfeeding, but my supply has gone way down. If I try to pump, I get maybe 4 ounces, so I just want alittel boost. What have others done to give themselves a boost?? I have also started pumping after her nurses to keep the body making extra milk. Any suggestions?

it seems like you are doing all the right things from what I was both told and read about breastfeeding  

my sister recently told me that her daughter is a slow eater (so my sister doesn't produce that much milk) so she breastfeed and then gives some bottle. She calls it 'half and half".

OMG he is so little and cute. I have not tried that but I will tell you my peds doctor said to drink a beer. THat works great, I am engorged the next morning. I did however try fenugreek with my last son and that worked also

I was told to do this too!   I thought it was crazy! But it worked like a charm.. you just have to wait 2 hours after you drink it to pump.

I need suggestions too! I used to not be able to go 3 hours without pumping or feeding but since I've started back to work it seems my milk supply has decreased. I started the week off great and it has only gotten worse. I am scared I won't be able to be=reastfeed as long as I'd like to.

The mothers milk tea has fenugreek in it, so hopefully that helps. I don't want to feel engorged, but I just worry that my little peanut isn't getting enough milk, although he seems satisfied for 3 hours inbetween feedings. I think its just me being a worry wart
