How old was your breastfed baby when they started to sleep through the night?

Berlyn is a month and a half and her naps are getting pretty long, she can sleep anywhere from 5-7 hours now  

we were still on the bottle but nows hes all boobie and hes been sleeping through the night since 2 months... he will wake up early though if he doesnt eat a lot before bed..like if he falls asleep

I really hope it is soon for us. He sleeps about 4 hours, sometimes 5. But then after the first night feeding he wakes up again in about 2 1/2 hours. If only he slept the 4, eat and then slept another 4.
