Baby Gaga Buyers Beware Volume 2

This is the new Buyers Beware thread. The OP of the first Buyers Beware, Sasha, doesnt get on Gaga as often anymore and isnt able to keep it updated. I think that it is really important to know the scammers on Gaga!

Please add your stories here. The original BB rules still apply:
*You have one week from the day you receive your item to add the person to this thread. After that week your dispute will not be added to the OP.*

*If your issue has been resolved please let me know. The persons name will not be removed from the list, but I will put RESOLVED next to it.*

You may add bad sellers and traders. You may also add a bad buyer, but your story will be reviewed and if there isnt a good reason behind the add it will not be added to the OP.

People who do not send giveaway items will not be added. While it does suck to not receive your prize, it was free and you are not out any money.

If it has been over 10 business days (Mon-Sat) since the time the seller said they shipped you may add them, BUT PLEASE CONTACT THE SELLER FIRST! You must make an attempt to contact the seller first before adding them to the thread. If the sellers does not respond to a PM and promptly resolve the situation within 48 hours then they can be added.

Adding resolved next to someones name simply means that the person adding them received either their product or a refund. It is up to you to read the FULL story and determine whether the seller handled the situation correctly, or whether their business skills absolutely suck. DO YOUR RESEARCH!****

I want to know what can be done as far as getting removed from the BB thread? I was added to it long ago when it was FIRST made, since I have made HONEST deals on here, as my BB was IMO a mistake. But, Do I just have people add me to the GST to maybe redeem myself a bit?

Yes, that would be your best bet. Unfortunately, unless the person that added you will come and clear your name I cant put resolved next to your name.

Few questions...

Are we going to use this to add sellers, buyers and traders. Like a bad business beware? Or just for buyers beware?

Also, I noticed a lot of people add others in here after not getting their order after only like a week or so sometimes, what would the appropriate time frame be for that. I think a week is too soon to be added. Maybe like so many days or something? Like 9 business days since that should be the longest to wait once something has actually been shipped?

What are rules on chatting?

Take Vik out. That was so long ago. She wasn't even called out by me or Tori and that is who she sold to. Tori hasn't been on in over a year and Vik and I are good. You can remove her.

See this is the reason people need to REALLY think before they bring there problem here because once someone is added they are added. No matter if it was 5 years ago or 2 years ago or yesterday. That is what the rule has ALWAYS been. This isnt a place to vent your anger because someone isnt treating you right as soooo many have started using it that way.

I understand the week thing. That just means if you get your item you can't wait like a month to add the seller. It wouldn't make sense since you've had so much time to add them with no complaints. A week is plenty of time for the seller to resolve the issue. I don't think that rule applies to if you never get your item.

As far as the buyers go, I will take those a case by case basis. People can feel free to add them, but if its for a ridiculous reason they will not be added to the OP.

Bad traders can DEFINITELY be added.

I will not add people who didnt send giveaway prizes. While it does suck, it was free and they never really had any real obligation to send it. Ive been stiffed in giveaways before so I really know it sucks, but oh well! Its not like we are out any money.

As far as wait time goes, I will take that on a case by case as well, but I think over 10 days from the time the sellers says they have shipped will be a general time frame.

When I bought from ebay and filed a dispute through PP, I was "advised" to give the item 30 days for transit or some garbage.

I think there is a traders/swap thread anyways. So that's cool.


I don't think anyone that was ever originally added should be removed. If they were added there were reasons behind it. And if one is removed then there are going to be many that will want to be removed as well.


But I do agree that most people add in here best on personal vendettas or to get a low ball hit in . So thankfully there is someone willing to fairly judge.

I think I am going to do that if its been over 10 business days since the seller says they have shipped then the person should be added if the seller doesnt respond to PMs and handle the situation promptly.

Wow, I would never wait 30 days unless that was the original turn around time. At that point you barely have any time to dispute on paypal.

Ah do you know what you're talking about? Probably not. Vik wasn't even called out by the original people it was others. So yes it does matter. I know what this thread was originally about since I was pretty involved with the idea when Sasha made it so maybe you should stop telling people how to use it. mmk? Let people "vent" or whatever. It's better then them making 50 million threads about it and probably helps get things solved.

Yeah, I was pretty pissed. They made me wait because the seller had DC but it wasn't even my address. I'm not even sure where she got it from because I had lived in the house like a year prior but it wasn't listed on my pay pal acct or my ebay acct. It was just really strange. I asked for a refund every two days until my PP dispute was ruled on. It was only 7$   but it was a present for my son.
