I have that happen a lot with my daughter too. It sounds bad when you say it, "oh no I have such a cute baby"

But it does get annoying, when all you want to do is run into the store real quick and you spend the whole time talking to people.

I know thats what kinda made me mad today. I was just going to walmart to pick up some medicine for my mom and I spent like a hour in there jusst because of all of that...
And I think my daughter is adorable but shes my daughter so im always going to say that and I think my son is gorgeous too. But everyone stops me to see her..it kind of makes me feel bad for him, but hes a 3 yr old boy he isnt going to care if someone thinks hes cute or not, hell he wont even let me take his picture lol.

I think people tend to stop girls more often. you can dress them up all cute and what not.

DH and I have seriously gotten to where if we just need something quick a lot of the time we just one of us run in the store. It makes it worse with the touching for us as well, because my daughter grins at everyone, and often reaches out and touches them.. so they take it as an invitation.

Yeah Bridgette wont reach out for anyone,(unless is me and my husband or she knows you real well)she is real shy and if anyone touches her that she doesnt know she cries. Shes not a real outgoing baby lol.

Not necessarily a bad thing. My daughter is the opposite. She loves people. Usually as long as we're in sight she's fine. She'll let mostly anyone hold her.

I have to be a ninja mom now and keep people from touching her since everyone tries to.
