Please pray.

Were not a very religious family, but my youngest daughter is getting tubes Monday morning. We have to be there at 6 (means we have to leave at no later than 4:15 am). Surgery is at 7:30. Its nothing major, but surgery is surgery.

Morgan has been so strong through this. She isnt very happy right now and has been crying off and on for no obvious reason, I just hope she is not getting sick.

Prayer works miracles. I'll help pray you for your daughter.

tubes for her ears? I had that done 5 times cause they kept coming out....it was a good surgery.. she will be fine but i will pray for her... good luck..

I am not a religious person, but I do believe in the power of prayer. I feel like my daughter is here and healthy, because of all the people who prayed for her when she was born.

Yes, tubes in her ears. I had it done 6 times, once a year to put in new.

Yup, born at 27 weeks, she is 6 months old, the size of a 3 month old, but she is perfectly healthy.

26 days. She turned 2 in September. She is still a bit small and has speech delays.

Will she have to stay in the hospital at all after getting the tubes in or is it outpatient surgery? I don't know how it works.

Thats one thing that does worry me a little bit, the speech delays. My nephew was 8 weeks early too, I think and he didn't talk til he was almost 3. We just started working with an occupational therapist, and Anya absolutely loved her OT, she never smiles at anyone except me and my hubby, and she was all smiles with the OT.

Its outpatient.

Morgan has had DT, ST, and PT. She still gets DT and ST. But her speech has improved greatly with the therapists and the tubes will help too, but she has also had more than 15 ear infections since she was born which is a big reason of why she is getting tubes.

I hope the tubes help, is DT developmental therapy? Thats the type of therapy Anya is getting with the OT.
