feeling extra fat.

i know you ladies will understand this....


this is me at about 5 weeks when i first found out i was pregnant...


before this, i was 188 lbs. in this picture i am 144. i busted my ass to lose a shit ton of weight, and FINALLY get to my ideal weight that i'd been trying to get to my ENTIRE LIFE.

now... here is my fat ass today...

i have gained 26 lbs and now weigh 171!!!!!!!!! i'm 17lbs away from being at my heaviest again!!!!!!! i've gained lovehandles back, arm fat, stomach fat, leg fat... it all makes me want to cry...


not only that, i HAVENT been working out since i've been pregnant because i dont feel good.. plus i broke my habit, and when you break a habit its really hard to restart again.


someone please give me some words of wisdom, advice, or something! i need to be cheered up...

Just relax! You're pregnant. Just work your ass off after you have the baby

You said you weren't working out anymore, so why not start again if it's really bothering you that much?

i gained alot of weight also while i was pregnant, then i was diagnosed with gest.diabities and i had to go on a diet. it still didnt make a difference i still gained weight no matter what i ate. it was all baby. sometimes depending on your body theres really nothing you can do about it, just have to wait till after your pregnancy and work hard to get the weight off again. and your not due till march you have a while to go..but goodluck mama : )

oh I hear ya,,, I had finally been able to pass my weight test in the national guard for the first time in 3 years!! I was so proud of myself but then I got knocked up now, at 29 weeks I'm up to 200 lbs  
BUT here's some good news,, everyones been telling me that breastfeeding will help you lose weight hella fast after you have the baby!!! and that's what I intend to do. hang in there.

Advise: Breastfeed. It helps your uterus shrink and you loose some weight. Don't worry. I know how you feel. I get sad whenever I see my old jeans. You'll be okay though, I promise.

ok don't be bitches. please. just try to understand.. i was overweight before and i worked really hard to get the body i wanted.. i'm just depressed and i miss it. yeah i LOVE my bump, dont get me wrong, and im so happy my baby is healthy.. it's just kinda a downer ya know? you dont have to be rude like im some bad person who only cares about being skinny... jesus christ try to be understandinng
