Its a fluke, My grand dad is a Texas judge, my marriage is still valid and so is everyone else who was married from 2005 and currently.

That's crazy... That article sounds like it was definitely biased. I think we Texans would have known, and this was the first I had ever heard of it. Sounds like another case of media trying tostart a riot between liberals and conservatists. It was rather sketchy on the details also. It didn'tquote any actual sources. Sounds like a fluke to me.
