DH is going to a strip club tonight

I don't really care as long as he doesnt tip enough to pay one of the bitches bills lol. He's going for a friends birthday party. I'm friends with the wife of one of his friends that's going and he doesnt want her to know he's going to be in a strip club. He's like "She cant find out, she cant find out!" I wonder where he's telling her he'll be at... If she asks me anything about it am I supposed to lie to her or something? It's like 'just in case' he's indirectly asking everyone to lie to her and I dont like lying to people. Chances are she wont mention anything to me, but if she does I probably tell a half truth like "oh yeah, they're at some club"

Do you think it's right to have to lie for someone when you're friends with both people in the relationship, but closer with the one being potentially lied to? Does this even make sense? It felt confusing typing because I didnt name names.

If there is alcohol at that club, you could always say "Out drinking."

I wouldnt lie to my friend about herfiance being at a strip club. But thats me. I think if you and your friend can bothhonestly trust your men. Then it should be fine.

I'd tell her, he shouldnt be lying....they are getting married afterall. If he's not doing anything he's not supposed to then why does he have to lie anyway.

I'd make a point to purposely tell her.

"Wow, you're really okay with them going to a strip club?"

"You're more confident than me -- I wouldn't let DH go to a strip club for fun!"

Well, alot of opinions will differ about this, but I think going to a strip club is just wrong and should be considered cheating.. what if hes getting a lap dance? or actually does cheat? I would tell her. He shouldnt be lying about it.
