Mahi Mahi

Does anyone have any good recipes? I'm going to try and cook it for the first time and I don't think I've ever cooked any fish aside from shell fish and such. My mom made it with some lime rub from Williams Sonoma but I couldn't find it there today and honestly I don't even know the hows of cooking fish. I would assume bake or broil because I don't eat much fried food and what I do I don't cook lol.

I've only had it like twice butboth times i t was delicious so I got bold and bought some lol. I don't want to ruin it though and I'm really picky about seafood.

I've never made it but whenever I need a new recipe I go to recipezaar.com. They have never failed me! Everything I've made off that site has been wonderful

gotta love the Caribbean for fresh tropical fish girl...........lawddddddd I love itttttt!!But op...lol I dont know how to cook it myself...it tastes really good grilled though

Guess i'm the only weirdo that doesn't like Mahi.. lol But my hubby caught a ton of it last time he took his boat out and made a compound butter out of lime juice, cayenne pepper, garlic and salt. I tasted a bite (still don't like that type of fish) but the flavor was great.
