venting about dead beat dads....

i hate how dads can get away with helping make a child and not supporting them
it FUCKING pisses me off... to say the least

my daughters father has known 100% thats hes her dad [he denied it] since she was almost 3 months old...shes 7 months now.... ive got 45$, a box of wipes, box of diapers, 5 outfits, 2 pairs of jammies, a pack of onesies, and 2 pack of socks [which im sure his mom bought]...cuz i threatened him with child support..pretty sad that in 5 months i can count all the stuff shes got and how many times he's seen her.

i have to sit here work 2 damn jobs, plus go to school full time so i know she has everything because it takes a week or 2 just to get what i ask for when she needs something...

wanna know the biggest sad thing... i took her to see him at work, because i was in the area and i want them to have a relationship cuz he sits there and says he works too much and is too busy and has a suspended liscence so he cant see her, but anyways...she was trembling when i handed her to him..and she was turning reaching for me. she had no idea who that is. and when my bf is around she wants to leave me to see him. its ridiculous.

i just felt the need to get that off my chest because i know how many other moms probably have it far off worse than i do...

You have no room to bitch because you have options.. sorry didnt mean that to sound so harsh.. but really. Your top priority is making sure your baby is set.. and if that means getting child support and you being able to spend more time with your baby by letting one of your jobs go.. then so be it!

um... stop making empty threats and file for child support.. do it through the OAG here in Texas... that should be the easiest way for you to do it. You can even do it online. I did.

thats what i did last night... i did it online... i was tired of it.

Why not stop complaining and begging him for money and make him pay you child support?

they can still be good to her with HIM paying child support. if he's an adult they have no connection to him like that in any way. and if they know he's not being responsible, so much that they have to make up for it, they should support your decision to get child support if they really care about your daughter.
