hope i keep this up!!

i weighed myself on monday and i was 190 i gained 2 pounds because i was starting to eat too much and i didnt work out for like 3 days and i started my diet monday and also started my hour work outs again(but more intense) and i lost 4 pounds   i know its not much but ive been trying to loose weight and once i started my diet and more of an intense work out i actually lost something!!

i'm hoping by february or something i will loose atleast 20 pounds

hows everyone else doingg ?

congrats!

lol. i thought i looked thinner so i weighed myself. i lost 8 pounds. i started bragging about it and i gained 4 back :/ i'm sad now

hahaha im sorry but hey atleast u still have 4 off! and that will probably happen to me lol but i really hope not i would be SOOO disappointed i'm sick oflooking at my nasttttty body

and it sucks because my pre pregnancy weight was 130-135

me too. before i got pregnnt with my 5 y.o, i was 135-140. 3 kids later, i'm 165-170

thats not bad thought especially after 3! if u worked out for like 3-4 months non stop i bet u could be back there. my goal is atleast 145 because thats what i was when i was 7 weeks pregnant( didnt know, i was eating like A MONSTER) and i didnt feel that big at all.

i'm gonna work my assssss off until i look good again
