Moiturize a rash?

What can I put on my LO's rash by his mouth to moisturize it?

Boudreaux's Baby Kisses.... The same people that make Butt Paste. I use it on my son and I have my own for my lips!

I got mine from CVS. I'd try that, Walgreens, or Babies R Us. I haven't seen it at grocery stores.
