Fundraiser for a GOOD cause : **UPDATED**

My mom got it today! She is using it for her meds and treatment THANK YOU!


**UPDATE ON MY MOM as of 11/20/09 2:33 PM*******

She is home.... her swelling is almost gone due to a series of shots they gave her in the hospital. She has a number of appts and follow ups next week. She spoke about a some procedure they might need to do to see inside her bladder and do some stuff to monitor her kidneys... something of that sort. It's hard to translate in English. but you get the idea.

As long as she gets treatment and see the Dr I'm relieved and happy of her recovery.
Thank you ALL in total over $160 was donated and sent today to my mom. The agency opened at 9:30am so my husband put it before he went to work.. I will copy or take a pic of the receipt tonight to give you all proof that all the money is accounted for .. and my mom should receive it all today or tomorrow morning.

I spoke to my Dad and my mama had to be hospitalized... she was blacking out and it is sooo scary!!!
Please keep her in your prayers.. the Dr said she has a kidney, bladder .. she has some sort of bad infection in her entire urinary system and its making her swell up!!!
She is staying overnight for observation... $50 of the money donated for her has not cleared... I hope it clears ASAP so I can send her that $ ASAP I hope it doesnt take 3 days like the bank said!   I will send her ALL the money. It all will go a long way $1 USD = $35 Dominican Pesos so she has around $4000 pesos to at least get the medicine and pay the Dr whatever they charge!
Please keep my mama in your prayers I am an ocean away and feel so helpless! Thank you from the bottom of my heart who donated.. May God bless you greatly.. I believe in Karma and I know something good will return to those who did this AMAZING deed today!
I will keep you posted on how she does.. she might be released tomorrow at 3PM depends on how she does.
I am calling her then and will update as soon as I have news!

The $50 donated is pending.. so as soon as that amount is released and available ( hopefully by tomorrow AM) I will send it ALL to my mama!
My mom called ans she now has a fever... she is still very swollen all over and in bed.. I'm grateful a cousin that lives near by is at her side and cooking food and tending to her needs along with my daddy. Girls THANK YOU form the bottom of my heart! My mama will see a Dr now and have money to buy the meds they might prescribe BECAUSE of YOU!

My mother is in Dominican Republic 1 American dollar = 35 pesos so even if you donate 1 dollar it will go a LONG way.

I just got a call from my Dad that my mom is in bed and swollen from head to toe they can't go to the Dr because they can't afford it and that makes me sooo upset and sad..what if she has something soo serious. Her whole body is swollen she even took Benadryl and NOTHING! She is in bed just waiting for something for the swelling to go down on its own!. We first thought she had the hives but it looks like it might be an infection in her blood PLEASE HELP!!!
I'm a SAHM therefore our only income is from hubby I have very little to send her to see a Dr. if you donate anything it will go a LONG way!

Anything you donate will be sent to her I have over 2 yrs in BG and am well respected here I will NOT scam you. To send money to D.R. I have to buy a type of money order to mail it to her I will scan the check and show you proof I won't use the $$ for me.. I wouldn't do that...
If anyone is iffy about me starting fertility treatments tomorrow that's something I already have things ready for... this money is NOT for me.. it's to help my mom see a Dr. I'll show you proof when I send her whatever is donated.
