Confused with tetsting on a 23 day cycle

I have a 23 day cycle i am 7DPO
Dose taking a HCG test on when you can test go by how many DPO you are or when AF is due
So if i took one in 3 days and it was posative i would only be 2 weeks 4 days pregnant.
Is it even possible to find out that early

You need to wait until at LEAST 10 DPO to test.
It takes that long for an embryo to implant and put off enough HCG to be detected.
Although sometimes you wont test positive until after your period was due.

I was planing to do another test at 10 DPO but it would only make me 2 weeks 4 days pregnant if it was a BFP is that possible?

I got my first faint BFP with my daughter at 10 DPO  
IT was very faint and after the time limit so I tested again the next morning, 11 DPO and it was clearly a BFP!
But if it's negative, then wait another three or four days, and if no AF shows up, test again.

So it only maters on how many DPO you are not when AF is due?
I found out with my last LO at 7 DPO but that was with a 28 day cycle

Are you charting?
Do you know for a FACT when you ovulated? Or are you just assuming it was day 14?

Because if you're like me, and sometimeshave long cycles.... 35 days, I dont ovulate til day 21.

If you have short cycles you may ovulate more like day 10.

So yes, it's best to go by DPO if you know when you ovulated. That way you know exactly how many days the embryo has had to implant before you test.
But if you're not sure, then wait til you think AF would be due I guess.

Ok perfect!  
Just wait until 10 DPO and test. IF negative, wait three or four days and test again.  

Because of when you ovulated, earlier than usual, it seems like you would only be 2 weeks some days pregnant... but that's because those calculations are based on a 28 day cycle, and include the two weeks before you ever conceived. (counting from your last period). But if you count from Conception, instead of your period, it's less confusing for you.
You're still 10 days pregnant... regardless.

I took the bottom 2 OPT around lunch time and i just took the top one just then
what dose this mean?

Pregnancy or your ovulating....  

Sometimes a pregnancy will register a postitve Ovulation predictor... I'm assuming that's what those are?
Either that or your chart is off and you really didnt ovulate yet.
Sometimes temps can be confusing like that... although your CM looks like you ovulated for sure. *shrugs*
All you can do is wait and see I suppose!

I had implanon taken out back in september since then i have had 3 cycles that have lasted 23 days. I have no idea when i O... I just been keeping track of my CM

It might take a while for you to start actually ovulating again.
Just keep charting, keep trying, and taking your temp will really help you figure out what's going on in there.
