I wouldn't really say anything...but I'd let her know I was willing to do a LOT of listening...

Personally, I'd give her all of her options....keeping the baby, adoption, abortion...and then I'd encourage her to talk to your parents about it. Be there with her to support her.

I'm sure she's really scared and just needs to hear support right now, not be overwhelmed with information or opinions. Just let her know you will be there for her and that no matter what happens, she has someone she can lean on.
