so my son who is 3 1/2 had his first sleepover last night with his two cousins (7 and 8 ) this afternoon at like one we got a knock on the door from the cops...the person who lives above me call them because he said he was trying to sleep and the kids were being to loud..the cops knocked on the door and said he listened outside our door and was sorry that he had to come all the way out there once he heard the kids laughing and running around than he gave them stickers.. i could undertsand if it was late at night or early morning of course im not going to have my kids being loud but it was 1 in the afternoon. The cop even agreed that it was a stupid call and apologized to us.

yes all the time and we dont complain when hes up until 2am blasting music!!! if the kids were being too loud he should have came down and said something NOT call the police ya know?

i had a neighbor call the cops on me once for throwing molding veggies into the woods..
i told her to suck a big one and like 30 mintues later a cop was buzzing my apt. lol

some people are so dramatic! my upstairs neighbor used to be like that..i new the former tennant of my apt. and once she had a slumber party for her 13 year old and the girls giggled the night away..you remeber those all girl sleepovers   and anywyas he decided to stomp around for a month after that when he knew everyone was in b ed   hed actually get up in the middle of the night to stomp the floor and put on his radio for 10 minutes..then go back to bed. what a looser!

when you move in apt.. you have to realize tha tother people are all around you.
This really nice gay couple next door would BLAST their surround sound while they played Halo and stuff...
i would just go over and be like "hey, babes is trying to sleep.. could you just turn it down a notch"
it was so loud that it would kncok pictures off the wall with all the rumbling.

I would call the cops the next time his music is too loud at 2 in the morning. I know there are actually ordinances about loud music that late where I live, so that would be a legitimate (sp?) call. That would be very spiteful though lol

that's so funny because when my boyfriend and i moved into our apartment the guy upstairs was so mad because he wanted it to stay empty, and then when he saw i was pregnant he got really mad and was like "you know babies cry, right?". and then after the baby was born, dick (honestly his name, fitting right?) was always calling the landlord about taryn crying and stuff. it was so dumb!
