well im not having twins and i don't see what the big deal is about using Gianna, the two name are not are not that hard to tell apart

No, they're not. But they may as well be the same name. My name is Jacqueline. If my mom had named my younger sister the same thing but a different spelling (because people like to hash it and spell it Jaclyn =[), I'd have been pissed.

Ok, so thats not a good example. Anyway, the names are way too close and I would have been pissed beyond belief if my mom did that to us. Its not right. Kid the kid their OWN name.

Also.. I never said you were having twins. That was just part of my point, because people do that to twins all the time and its stupid. I wanna smack parents like that and say, 'what were you thinking?'
