period question

so this might be a silly question but i got my period oct. 9th and its nov 12th and my period was a regular period is this normal??

Your first PP period? If so, your cycles will take a little while to get back to "normal" and normal may change for you, your cycles may now be longer or shorter.

i dont know why this post got all screwed up! i'm asking if it is normal to not get your period on time after you have a baby..? lol like after you have ur first period.

i delivered sept 6th got my first period oct 9th and now its nov 12th and havent gotten my period again.. if that makes more sense?

no im not i didnt get enough supplies i only breastfed for like 2 weeks so i dont thinkk that could be why

I understood it after you clarified it. And answered it. Yes it is normal, it takes your body time to get back to "normal"

I was actually just about to post something like this, so I'm glad someone else is going through this, too. Here's mine:

Delivered August 20th.
Had first PP period October 1st, which was 6 weeks afterwards.
Supposed to start the first week of Nov, but I've had nothing.
I AM bf'ing, but my doc said I should've gotten another period by now since I've already had my first one. I took a test in the office on 11-2 and it was negative. Took another one a few days ago here at home, it was negative. My doc's office just called and said to get another one tonight and call them with the results first thing in the morning. I just don't understand what's going on. Could I be pregnant and it's not showing up? I'm not quite 2 weeks late yet.

You're bfing. You can get no period/irregular periods until you wean.

i mean id be only 3 days late but i dont get how i could be pregnant only because i use condoms always and its never broken i mean i know it could be possible but i think i should take a test too.. or wait a week.

and i know its not always backto normal right away but i get FREAKED out so easily about this stuff
