I was born 35 weeks! I stayed over night in the nicu just to make sure I could keep my temp

I had a 34 weeker who broke my water at 32 weeks.

They said "oh he'll be 4 - 4.5 lbs if your lucky"   yeah....riiiight. The boy was OVER 6 pounds!!  

He spent 24 hrs in NICU purely b/c of his gestational age. He went home one day after me. The worst he had was a bad case of jaundice during cloudy weather.

I have been in and out of the hospital trying to keep my LO in as well... we have the same due date. They are taking her Nov 30 if I can make it.
They had me tour the NICU and the NICU nurse told me if you can make it to 35 weeks, babies generally do pretty well. They have a chance not to go to NICU at that point. Are you dilated? Bedrest?

My friend had her baby at 34 weeks because she had high blood pressure. He was in the NICU for 9 days and had a feeding tube for a little while. He was 4 lbs 15 oz and 17 inches long. He is a happy 4 month old.

I had my son at 36 weeks.
He was 4lbs 15oz
No NICU
and came home the day after me.

mine was born at 34 weeks and he was 7lbs and 18 in!! he was a big baby... i was induced though because of pre ecclampsia

both of my cousin's sons were born at 35 weeks and they did perfectly. her first son was 4 lbs 3 oz, perfectly healthy and did not have to spend any time in NICU. her second son was 6 lbs 5oz and also didnt have to spend any time in NICU.

I'm on bedrest as of right now. I had a doctors appt. yesterday and the doctor didnt check me to see if I was dilated, but he did say if she were to come now he didnt see anything being a problem because he was sure her lungs are developed enough now.

My daughter was born 35 weeks 5 days 5lbs 15oz went to nicu for her age but then came to my room and went home with me.....she is over 12lbs now and healthy 2 1/2 month old

i was born at 34 weeks and everything was fine.... i went home the next day.

Yeah I'm on bedrest too... got checked a few days ago and was 40% effaced and a finger tip dilated.
I'm a scheduled c-section at 37 weeks (they are taking her early because of my medical issues) but my Dr. told me if I can make it to 36 weeks they won't stop my labor anymore.

GAH!

Y'all are making wish I was preggers again....I feel soooo cheated outta my last 8 weeks.
