I want something like that. Im on lo-estron 24 fe which is supposed to be good. But im really bad at remembering to take them everyday  
Is the plastic rod pretty safe?

yeah, i have no side effects. the info says they are somewhat minimal anyway, unless you have epilepsy and are on meds for it. but that goes for pretty much every BC. it bends and you can feel it if you rub your arm, but other than that i dont feel it at all.i totally love mine and would recommend it to anybody
