need some help with relactation

so my friend had her baby 4 weeks ago, was bf up until about a week ago. she went to the doc n foun out she had that infection .. starts with an M? so they gave her antibiotics and told her to feed lil one formula. she dryed up about 3-4 days ago ... she was sooo upset about it when we talked   she feeld like she failed n is a bad mom .. poor thing ... so i remebered that some1 on here was saying they were relactacting so i told her about it.
im looking for any tips i can give her on how to relactate sucesfully.
i told her to take fenugreek n drink mothers milk n pump everytime the lil guy eats. thats just what i would do .
oh also told to contact a lactation consultant ... should she call like the le leche people for advice or what

mastitis? and im surprised her doc didnt give her meds where she could continue to breastfeed. ?

i had it...the best way to get rid of it is to CONTINUE to breastfeed...
