I think it's a movie and that's it. I don't think anything of it otherwise. Kind of like I thought nothing of Y2K and laughed at the people who thought it was real.

I think it's a bunch of conspiracy theorist bullshit.
People ike to believe in somekind of doomsday bullshit, who knows why? Humans thrive on drama.
The Mayan Calendar theory? Bullshit.
The Mayan Calendar was set up into ages, it just so happens that DEcember 2012 is the end of an age, and the beginning of a new one. Nowhere in there does that indicate the end of ALL times.
And the Nostradamus Prophecies? They can be interpreted any which way anyone wants them. You take a nonsensical paragraph and you try to make sense of it, plain and simple.
Sorry if I've stepped on anyone's opinions. But a little Anthropological and Philosophical research will lead you in the right direction, and not some nutjob- maybe-doomsday direction.
