Please....TV help!

Ok so my boyfriend was messing with our bedroom TV and he accidently locked the TV somehow. We don't have the actual remote for the stupid thing and everything we've looked up on google says you need it. All we have is a universal remote and we've tried that. Please help!

I would call the company that makes the tv and ask them.

I tried looking up a contact number but they're only open until 8pm on the weekends.
