How to talk to her?

My uncle's wife married a child molester. And my uncle & his ex wife have a son & a daughter together.
Well the little girl is only 8yrs old. And i need to try & talk to her about wrong touches & also see if this guy has touched her in any wrong places.

How would I go about this? Without scaring her... and giving her good information?

First thing's first... is he a confirmed molester? If so, WTF was she thinking?

OP: You are probably better off to take her to a child psychologist and have them talk to her. They are trained to do that properly w/out leading or causing fear.

Well long story short...
A few years ago he was accused he threatened the girl & she ran off so the charges were dropped.
And last year he was charged yet again... he is going on trial this year.
There is plenty of witnesses.
She was like 13yrs old & he drugged her.
So yes more than likely he will be charged.

I'm not really qualified to answer this. I would suggest maybe calling a counselor or something? Maybe a professional who could give you some tips? That is a really creepy situation. Hope everything is okay!

We took her to court. the judge wont do anything. We also got CPS here involved they wont do anything.
We are taking to to the STATE cps... & they are pissed.
They are suppose to call us Monday... They said they will do something about this.

We can't without the mothers permission because she has full custody my uncle only has visitation. And the mother is a POS & wont do anything.

That's friggin' nasty. And your uncle's wife should also know that kid touchers usually are inclined to go after women with children for a reason. I'm sorry you're in this situation.

I just meant, without giving out personal information, maybe there's some sort of counselor you can call anonymously who can give tips on talking to kids about this type of thing. That's all. Good luck to you, I hope for your family's sake everything works out okay.

Oh & i might add... we have the kids tonight... and they infomed us that to child molester step daddy has a WILD RATTLE SNAKE in the house.

My mom called the sheriff's department & they are going out tomorrow

We are trying our hardest. The judge & county CPS didnt want to do anything about it.
So we went over their heads to state CPS... They are calling us monday & will be coming out sometime this week. They are really upset with the county here and they said they WILL do something.

He is really one sick m-fucker...
He eats bunnies & raccoons and leaves their skins and bones out in the front yard.
They have a WILD rattle snack in the house with the kids.
They have a MEAN dog in the house.
Her oldest boy(not my uncles) is VERY mean to the youngest children.
My little cousin is autistic(theboy)

Ohh I get what your saying. All doctors offices like that are closed on weekends. We only have the kids until 6pm tomorrow night. So i have to talk to her before she goes home.
