We have!!! We have been to court TWICE. The judge see's NO problem with the kids being in that kind of home.

That's why we are taking it to state... and like i said they are upset about this.

IDK! The little boy has cried ALL night about it.
He said he is scared & doesnt want to go home.
But my uncle HAS to take them home or he can get in trouble since he only gets weekends with them.
