Fucking hell i need my own house so badly.

I'm so sick and fucking tired of living with my mum, my sisters wont shut the fuck up, Craig is over tired as fuck and lily (my youngest sister - 9) comes in just as i put Craig down and starts yelling at the top of her voice and wakes him up, hes been crying for 3 and a half hours I cant fucking ignore it anymore, he doesnt take dummies, hes full, i've tried putting him in the sling, he just goes mental, i tried cuddling a bath rocking nothing will work and just as he gets into the dazed kind of state they start up their yelling fucking again and wake him up and the cycle keeps fucking going! I just want to fucking kill her. I just smashed a glass and its everywhere and craigs screaming mum wont help me after 5 minutes shes like come and get your fucking baby hes crying and im like no fucking shit hes over tired, i've been dealing with this all day i either kill them or myself this shits fucked

Sorry to hear that, but that is motherhood at a young age, dont mean to be mean or anything. But where is the father then? I dont know your story, but shouldnt he be around to help too? Is there somewhere else you could live?

move out is the only advice
hopefully baby gets some sleep, but it is your parents house.
Sadly your little sister probably doesn't understand

He's still really little. I know my daughter cried constantly for the first 3-4 months... It gets better, I promise. When your 18 you can apply for housing assistance, if you need it, and apply for other gov assistance too that will help you be more independant.

True.
Theres not a whole lot you can do, because it IS their home.
Sorry mama. It's not going to kill him to cry for a few more mins, give him a bottle, blanket or a toy, set him down and go relax for a few minutes. It will be alright. =)

Oh i know she understands perfectly well, if i had somewhere else to go i would but the rest of my family is over 4000kms away. My SO moved back to his parents because he couldnt handle my sisters shit, they are the most controlling people you'd ever meet. I just rang my SO his brother answered and i thought it was him so i started yelling at him to come and look after his baby and hes like "Umm Caity... its Steven".

on monday go to housing trust or whatever it is called in your state and see what they can do for you.
you only pay like $30 a week in rent , thats if you can get housing trust
they can also help with the deposit if you have to rent privately and they help with the rent ( they dont tell you that you have to ask , they are sneaky like that lol )
then go to centerlink and see how they can help you out.
then when you get a place of your own go to family sa ( dont know what its called in other states ) and they will help with stuff like electricy , gas etc

goodluck

lmfao how is that mother hood at a young age? That's mother hood at any age. Babies can scream like that regardless of the mothers age.

I'm sorry about your issues, are you down for housing? You can get them before you turn 18. I had one when I was 16. Go grab some help from Anglicare, they fucking rock.

They helped me out soooo much. They wrote referral letters for housing commission to help me get in sooner when I was young, they can help out with bills (they paid my friends $1,500 telstra phone bill) They help with coles vouchers and stuff too if you're in that kind of trouble.

I'm sorry that your family are being inconsiderate asshats. Hopefully you'll be able to get out of there soon.

Ive been to yes! housing (wa's version of department housing but for people 16-25) the waiting list is 2 years min, i've taken every fucking avenue possible, womens refuges, womens homes, share homes everything you could imagine and im stuck in this fucking shit hole.

are you being picky about what areas you want ( i hope that didnt come of mean as i didnt mean it to )
i know here in SA if you put down certain areas there is a lower waiting time ( some areas are only like a 2 week wait ) , given they arent great areas , but a home is what you make it.

then go to housing and ask about getting the bond and assistance for rent relief , you should be able to rent a flat even if it is upstairs , as they dont seem to mind who rents them as long as the rent is paid.

also as the other lady said go to anglecare they will be able to help you also.
they have something simular to housing trust and they may be able to find you a house or flat.

Thanks yeah i've been to anglicare, yes! housing is one of their companies, i just dont know what to do anymore, and because the yes! housing doesnt go by priority i really have to wait for 2 years.

And mums just being a fuck head telling me shes going to call the police and have me admitted into a psych ward just for yelling. pfft like i'm going to let her do that and look after my baby, FUCK THAT!
