Can the father of a baby sue the mother for telling him she got an abortion?

IDK. He can have a paternity test done on the child and then petition custody.

he can't sue her if she did get an abortion because its "the woman's right to choose", if she didn't he can sue her for custody but nothing more.

For one if she got her a$$ beat that badly buy this loser then there would have been a report filed if she wanted to press charges....they only wouldn't if she chose not to.

For 2 he cannot sue her for having an abortion and win. It has been done but he would have to have documentation of the pregnancy because an email while admissable in court does not prove pregnancy it just proves what she said to him in that instant.

Why didn't the cops do anything? No proof? If he broke her finger she should have medical records, right? Tell her to save them. Any evidence that supports her case is beneficial. Have her document when she talks to any cops/lawyers and their names -- write down what was said in conversations. Also, write down and describe any contact with the ex-boyfriend.

It sounds like she should try to get a restraining order until something happens with the domestic violence case.

No, she is keeping the baby.... just doesnt want him to be a part of anything. No abortion.

I already ran the thought of her staying with me. But the boys are in school up there, (over an hour away)... and they cant go to school on base, because she isnt military.

I dunno... a lot of things have to play out.
