do any of you know if you can take therma flu ..severe nicold and coughwhile pregnant???

i did..nothing went wrong so i assumed it was ok i googled it tho to be on the safe side...

Im not sure Ive never taken it preg or unpreg but man it dont sound like something Ive heard of before being allowed to take either...
Sounds kinda strong and a lot like NyQuil or something and I know thats not allowed....
