Any ladies with Mirena??

How long did you bleed for? I got mine September 22 and I started bleeding October 6th. I haven't stopped! I'm getting pissed. I guess this is why it's considered BC. You bleed for the rest of your life so you won't have sex! Anyways, is this normal or should I be concerned? Thanks!

i got mine in april of 07 and had one for about 4 days and havent had one since! so i think that might be worse

You can bleed for 6 months straight, and the doctor told me that was normal! Crazy...

6 months?? Holy crap! Mirena has been great except for this damn bleeding.

I thought I was gonna be lucky because I didn't bleed right away. I guess I jinxed myself  

I had the Mirena for 6 months....Bleed the entire time!! Now I have the paragard in and bled only for a wk....YEY!  

You can bleed for a couple weeks and I've seen a few ladies bleed for a few months but those who waited it out said they didn't have much of a period after that. I only bled for 2 weeks and didn't have a period until a year later and then it's always been super light spotting for one day.

I just hope this stops soon. I always feel so gross now.

I got it in August and bled up until Oct. and now I have random spotting. But its so wonderful not bleeding heavily
