My Weight Journey *Pictures*Updates*

OF Weight Loss!! I've made a pat with my sister that i would lose weight before Christmas! [Because seriouslyi hate pictures being taken of me & When isnt their pictures taken on Christmas!] Anyways i weight 230 now! My weight has been going up and down lately. And its time for a SERIOUS change. No more Yo-Yo diets, Fad diets, Or EXCUSES!

Im going to start eating healthier. the right Portions that i should be eating not like 5 at a time! And im going to be exercising more! Simply becuase it makes me feel good. And i like it... Plus i heard it make you lose weight   Sarcasim   I am also gonna throw away the soda! And drink more water! Eat more veggies and well you know!!

Im going to put up my pictures soon. And put in my weekly changes. Even if their is a change or not! I will update my picutres every 2 weeks or 3 weeks!

Just a Little Update...

Here i am about 2 months before. I ahd my kiddo's.
at around 145 ish i was like 15 lb over weight here.

And here i am AFTER i had my kiddo's
I gained more weight after.... 190-200 lbs

I wish you the best of luck. I have cut out alot of junk food for my last month and starting to eat the Meditteranean diet way. So after I have him I will be programmed to eating healthy already and all I will have to do is start exercising and hopefully breastfeeding will help too.

Me too! I need to do all those things! I finally finished the halloween candy we had from my LO lol (since hes six months)... My pre prego weight is like 220 so i have alot to loose to get back to that... and then hopefully i loose more once/if i get back to that...

I know im 230. I used to be 135!!!

Well i dont want to be PP i just want to be healthy. My family has alot of problems. Obesity. Diabeates Both types. Heart Problems.. Acually alot. I want to prevent getting those. I want to be healthy for my children!!  

And yes we can do it!!!

Cardio and lots of it! lol.
Dancing, Jogging and Jumping rope. Anything that gets my heart going. Usually when i have my Mp3 going i get right into it!!   How about you?

Cardio. Same here. I love exercise tapes. But they're not for everybody. I get really motivated watching somebody show me what I'm supposed to be doing. The 30 minutes seem to fly by.

Gosh i havent really changed my eating habbits today i mean i was to busy to sit and have a meal today except for supper....In which i ate taco's   Like 5 of em! Anyways but ive been on my feet ALL day i must have walked half my day away! and i tell you my feet are KILLING me lol...


Anyways i think i might go to the library again tommorow to get some of those work-out vids i seen today! And start working out at home too  

Also im looking for a weight loss buddy if anyones intrestesd

Just a low calorie diet combined with daily exercise. I'm on week 5 now and I've lost 13 pounds!!!!!!!

I'm totally interested in being your weight loss budy! I've been doing the workouts here: http://www.exercisetv.tv

Maybe I'll go to good will to look for some exercise vhs tapes. Or the library. Variety is always great when it comes to exercising.

Yeah i havent walked to the library today. Ughh i was so tired today.... I guess i should have gone anyways but i totally got lazy... Ughh. Anyways my mom has an exercise bike shes gonna give me! Yay so syched!!! lol.... I only wish we had a pool around this small little town!! i love to swim...When i was younger i lost like 35 lbe in 1 1/2 just by swimming.

Hello! I'm the sister, Thought I'd join in.. since its kinda about me. lol the whole pact thing!

Alrighty, BEFORE I had kids I was 153lbs, After my two sons I am 236.8lbs!  BUT I was less after I had my son, I blame Breastfeeding.. total bullshit the whole losing weight thing, i felt constantly hungry and i drank TONS of water like 6L a day sometimes! ANYWAYS it was a great thing to be able to give him the nutrients and all and Iwouldn'tchanged it

&&So Here I am three months ago! [I'm the one in the white, and pink.. not the baby or rev, or babydaddy  ]

Its as recent as I can get because someone stole my camera!

I'veDEFIANTLYchanged my eating habits, BUT I have not startedexercising, very hard to get my ass up and do something, but to help my sister on her goal and all in all to make myself healthier for myself! And like she stated our family has a lot of diseases that have to deal with being over weight! SO my goal weight is I'm not sure just going to take it week by week.. out of the 200's that for sure! 

SO this week 236.8 [ayyye I'm on period does that count for anything ]
