Help! i need help with a blurry picture

I got a few pictures from halloween of alaina and I and they all came out blurry cause my camara is stupid. anyone know how to fix them up?

I use the sharpen tool.

Depends on how blurry they are. I've done some of mine with the sharpen, but they still looked blurry. But I've edited some so it looked like the pic was meant to be a bit blurry.

I can try with a couple if you want?
