Cramping? help please :)

today my boyfriend and i were having sex, when i started to get cramping in my abdomen mainly on my right side. Its very similar to a cramp from when you run. That was at 11 am, its now 5 and i Still have the pain. its somewhat on both sides but for now has remained mainly on my right side.. WHen i move or lie down it hurts more, Sitting up in a chair seems to be the most comfortable.. Anyway Anyone know what this is or had this? I hope its not preterm labour but ive had no bleeding, spotting etc. Im only 23 weeks,

I would call the labor and delivery unit at the hostpital and they can tell youwhetheror not you should come in. Thats what I did when I had cramps and they told me what to do.

Its prob ligament pains that came on with having sex.

hey thank -you i hope thats what it is im callin the nurses line anyway, how did you get your picture that tells exactly how far along you are with the pic of growing baby?

Ive had this happen to me before. And the doctor also told me that semen can make you cramp. I dont know why lol. I would call just incase but im sure your fine.   Hope everythings okay!

hey everyone im 24 weeks now & i also had those pains in my abdomen when me & my boyfriend are having sex, but i usually get those pains even when were not having sex & i asked my doctor & she told me its probably just the baby putting too much pressure on that side is that true also ...?

Hey yeah i think its like your muscles are sore/ ligaments being stretched, mine went away but i wasin paint for about two days i had to call in sick to work... I think its stuff stretching or somthing!!

yeah i think its that also its just our bodies stretching...
