choking noises...

So my daughter is 6 weeks old and she has recently started coo-ing and making other random noises, I'm assuming she's starting to hear herself and is amused...but recently she started doing this HORRID noise where she sounds like she is choking...and she obviously isnt- but it thats sound where they are like gasping for air, she does that and is smiling wihle doing it...it is SO strange..and scares the living daylights out of me whenever she does it..

Did anyone else's LO's ever make noises like that?

yes! then theres times i think he is really gagging... he'll even do it in his sleep   scares the hell out of me. but my little guys does that too! its like he's so excited he cant breath lol

YES! lol... she keeps me up all hours of the night because of the noises she makes....but that gasping for air one just freaks me out...

id have to hear it but probably. my child is interesting.

oh i know just what you mean.... i jump out of my skin everytime i hear it. but isn't the cooing fun! man theyare so much fun now

I know! lol, she's been doing it for about a week now, and it NEVER gets old lol- I got super lucky and got the first time she did it on video   Is your little man smiling yet? Makayla hasn't quite picked that one up yet, you can tell she wants to SO bad, but just cant get it out lol

he smiles so much! i loooove it   he loves his changing table.... he'll smile and scream and coo... oh it just melts my heart!
