morning crankiness!

Hello all! I have a 20 month old son and I need advice! He is a great sleeper- goes down without a fight and sleeps through for about 11-12 hours. My problem is that in the morning he is so cranky! The first 2 hours consist of crying and tantrums! I cant seem to do anything right for him- food made too slowly-milk handed to him too slowly- everything in the morning seems to drive him crazy!
Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, what do you do to aliviate the babys stress???? I feel bad for him and me!!!

My daughter was like that at that age ( she's now 2) and she outgrew it. Hopefully he will too!
BTW- I grew up in WPB...actually PBG to be exact
