Baby Daddy Drama!

Lol... Some of yall may remember my post a while back about my BD showing up at 3 in the morning at my apartment asking to see "HIS daughter" and telling me that he wanted us to work things out and move away and be a family...
And some of yall may also remember a while before THAT when I told yall the state put restraining orders on us...
Get this shit.
It's been quite some time since I've heard from him... That night was the last time, to be exact...
So I left a note on his studio door telling him to get in touch with me and I left him my number, etc...
Two days later a cop comes banging on my momma's door talking about I'M being SUED for violating a restraining order, trespassing, AND LITTERING! Lol! Like? Are you so serious right now? I'm so... shocked... like. All I can do it laugh at this point. When I have to go to court, I'll probably be pissed... but I'm laughing for now. Haaaa! Fuckin' dumbass!

We've had that restraining order since 2007... I got pregnant March of '08. Lol... I guess you could call it just being in love. Well, I know I was in love. At the time, I just didn't care.

I could be very wrong but I think I've read a few of her posts and I think the issue was that he's so much older than her and it was statutory rape or something. But, like I said, I could be wrong. I might be thinking about someone totally different.
