B&W picture with colored eyes

Hey, i just got my photo shop to work and im trying to figure out how to make everything black and white but to keep the eyes in the picture their normal color. thanks!

just duplicate original pic then the copied pic change to B&W then just erase the eyes....thats the quickest....you can look up tutorials on youtube also!
