expecta?

i bought some target brand prenatal vitamins and then my nurse at my first appt gave me a whole bunch of expecta...do i take them together?

l wouldnt do that. ur gettin to much of each vitamin. u only need to take one pill a day unless ur dr recommends it. l actually take 2 pills a day bc l have low iron but my dr told me to. u dont want to over do it for u or the baby.

well thats where im kinda confused bc expecta is a DHA supplement...
